All items are sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. items should be received within 2-5 days. (longer for custom made designs)
All Internationl orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. items should be recieved within 7-21 days (longer for custom made designs).
Postage costs
free UK postage
Outside of the UK but within Europe there is a flat rate postage charge of 4 Euros approx £3.50.
Outside of Europe there is a flat rate postage charge of $8.00 approx £5.25.
All online payments are processed through paypal
I will also accept cheques (please contact me for details)
Items paid for by cheque will be sent once payment has cleared.
Custom Made designs
Please feel free to contact me if you cannot find what you are looking for, I will do my very best to design and make the unique piece of jewellery you would like. For all made to order and custom designs please allow longer for these items to arrive.
Childrens Jewellery
My Jewellery is NOT suitable for young children or babies due to small parts that may be a choking hazard.
Food lookalike beads/pendants/charms are not edible and not suitable for children.
Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your item please send your item back to me within 14 days of receipt.(please contact me for details.) I will happily refund all items excluding postage costs aslong as item is recieved back in original packaging and in the same condition it left in. If an item is damaged please contact me.
please note refunds cannot be given on Earrings for hygiene reasons.
